Return & Exchange Policy

At Curvy Flamingo Boutique, we want you to love every purchase. Please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable:

  • Clearance items
  • Candles
  • Jewelry
  • Anything bought in store between February 1, 2026 - June 1, 2026

All sales on these items are final.

In-Store Purchases

  • Returns or exchanges may be made within 20 days of the original purchase date for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Items returned after 20 days and before 30 days qualify for store credit only.
  • After 30 days, items are no longer eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Online Orders

  • Online purchases may have a return or exchange requested within 10 business days from the date the item is received, based on tracking delivery confirmation.
  • Once return /exchange is requested, return shipping label is valid for 10 business days. If item is not dropped off no exchange or refund will be provided. 
  • Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method, unless the item qualifies as a final sale.
  • If wising to exchange an item purchased online additional shipping costs may occur. 

    A restocking fee may be applied 

Item Condition Requirements

All returned or exchanged items must:

  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Be free of odors, makeup, lotions, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear

Items not meeting these standards will be refused.
